The main body of this small "Rubik's Cube" is made of aluminum alloy, with hollow stainless steel sheets embedded on three sides to improve heat dissipation and overall aesthetics, which is both advanced and exquisite. The front of the controller is a 96*16 resolution OLED display, covered with tempered glass. There are two supporting feet that can be expanded at 120° at the bottom. When placed on a flat surface for heating, the supporting feet can be unfolded to provide stable support and anti-slip protection for the device. As a member of the MINIWARE heating tool group, MHP30 must have inherently superior performance. The overall MHP30 is only the size of an egg, and the heating area is 3cm*3cm. When using a 65W PD power supply to power MHP30, it only takes 150 seconds for the heating plate to heat up to 300°C. The firmware can set 3 preset heating temperatures (the default value is 220°C, 250°C and 300°C, which can be customized and modified), short press Button A in standby mode to switch, or long press Button A to enter temperature adjusting, the operation is similar to MINIWARE's Smart Soldering Iron series products.
After MHP30 enters working state, the system will start to calculate the heating time. When the accumulated non-operation time reaches the standby time setting (need to be set in the menu), the device will stop heating and return to the standby state to prevent the heating plate from dry burning and prolong its use life. If you want to recalculate the heating time, you only need to press Button B, isn’t it super smart?
In addition, MHP30 has other intelligent functions such as sleep function and tilt warning. When the core temperature of the heating plate drops below 50°C and the device is in standby state for 3 minutes, MHP30 will enter sleep mode, the screen will be off, and it can be woken up by pressing any button. And when it detects a tipping situation or accidentally drops, MHP30 will issue a warning and stop heating, reducing the risk of fire.
